3. Admissions

Admission decisions are made by the GDCU Admissions Committee and are based on academic qualifications, personal statements, references, and other relevant criteria. All decisions are final and at the discretion of the university.

Offers of admission may be conditional or unconditional. Conditional offers require the applicant to meet specified requirements by a stated deadline.

4. Fees and Payments

Tuition fees and other charges are published on our website and in offer letters. By accepting an offer of admission, you agree to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the payment schedule.

• Fees are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment plans may be available subject to approval by the Finance Office.
• Late or non-payment may result in suspension of access to courses and services.
• Refund policies are outlined in the Student Handbook and may vary by programme.

5. Course Access

Upon enrolment and payment of applicable fees, students are granted access to their courses, learning materials, and student services through the GDCU online portal. Access is personal and non-transferable.

GDCU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or programme, provided that reasonable alternatives or refunds are offered to affected students.

6. Student Responsibilities

As a GDCU student, you agree to:

• Engage with your studies in a timely and responsible manner
• Submit your own work and adhere to academic integrity policies
• Treat fellow students, faculty, and staff with respect and dignity
• Comply with the Student Handbook and all university policies
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify the university of any changes to your contact information

All course materials, content, and resources provided by GDCU are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Students may access and use these materials for their personal educational purposes only.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of GDCU materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
