This degree teaches leadership theory, ethics and group dynamics from a Christian perspective, preparing graduates to lead churches, nonprofits and community networks.

Total programme requirement: 120 US semester credit hours. Normal duration: four academic years full-time or equivalent part-time. Delivery: Online. General education: 45 semester credits. Major and related requirements: 75 semester credits.
